API Delevan announces the introduction of its new Series SPD42R Shielded Power Choke featuring a low profile, compact package, low DCR and high energy storage. The new Series SPD42R power chokes are ideal for DC/DC converters, signal conditioning and filtering applications.

Offered in a Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Compliant package, the Series SPD42R is available in 18 inductance values ranging from 1.2µH to 100µH. Current ratings range from 0.12 Amps to 1.8 Amps. Rated operating temperature is -55°C to +125°C. Standard packaging is 16mm tape & reel, 2,000 pieces per reel.

Samples are available and production lead time is stock to 6 weeks ARO.

API Delevan announces the introduction of its new Series SDS850 Magnetically Shielded Surface Mount Power Inductors featuring ferrite core and shield. Designed in a compact package with maximum height of 0.190" (4.80 mm), the Series SDS850 inductors offer low DCR with high-energy storage. The SDS850 inductors are ideal for DC/DC converters, signal conditioning and filtering applications.

The Series SDS850 offers 29 inductance values from 2.2 µH to 1000 µH, and current ratings from 150 to 2500 mA. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the SDS850 inductors are available on 24 mm tape & reel with 1000 pieces per reel. Samples are available and production lead time is stock to six weeks ARO.

API Delevan announces the introduction of its new Series SDS680 Magnetically Shielded Surface Mount Power Inductors featuring ferrite core and shield and a metalized ceramic base for epoxy mounting. Designed in a low profile, compact package with maximum height of 0.115" (2.92 mm), the Series SDS680 inductors offer low DCR with high-energy storage. The SDS680 inductors are ideal for DC/DC converters, signal conditioning and filtering applications.

The Series SDS680 offers 25 inductance values from 1.0 µH to 1000 µH, and current ratings from 20 to 3000 mA. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the SDS680 inductors are available on 16 mm tape & reel with 2000 pieces per reel. Samples are available and production lead time is stock to six weeks ARO.

Designed in a low profile, compact package with maximum height of 0.118" (3.0 mm), the Series SDS130 inductors offer low DCR with high-energy storage. The SDS130 inductors are ideal for input/output of DC/DC converters, signal conditioning and filtering applications.

SDS130 inductors are available on 24 mm tape & reel with 1000 pieces per reel. Samples are available and production lead time is stock to six weeks ARO.

API Delevan’s new Series CM6149 common mode choke features an epoxy potted surface mount configuration.

Features include:

• Potting shell is a molded, thermoset epoxy material with molded in terminals that provide excellent co-planarity.
• Core is a high permeability ferrite toroid that provides high impedance over a wide frequency range.

API Delevan's new Series FW1405 surface mount power choke is a high current inductor that utilizes rectangular copper wire edge-wound on a thermoset epoxy bobbin-base.

Features include:

• Base has an integral three terminal design for optimal part adhesion when soldered to a PCB.
• Superior co-planarity is achieved due to the inductor wire being soldered to the terminals.
• A low profile high saturation ferrite core completes the design.
